Templates

Reuse a proven Sheet structure without copying a live working Sheet by hand.

Templates are reusable Sheet blueprints. They are the right starting point when your team repeats a structure—such as an account-review table, import checklist, or research tracker—but each run needs its own independent data.

Open Templates from the workspace navigation to browse three scopes: Leadbase-wide templates, team templates, and your private templates. Preview a template before you use it so you can verify its columns and intended shape.

Choose the right reuse method

Managers and owners can save an eligible Sheet as a template from its actions menu. Start with a clean, understandable structure, then use a template to create a new Sheet and name the result for the actual project.
