Columns
Choose a type that keeps every value usable and consistent.
Add a column from the Sheet header, name it, and choose its type. Leadbase currently supports text, number, checkbox, date, URL, email, phone, select, and multi-select columns.
Choose the narrowest useful type
Use text for flexible notes, number for numeric values, date for dates, and select or multi-select where the value should come from a controlled list. URL, email, and phone types make those values easier to recognize and use.
Changing an existing column type can require a conversion. Review the preview before confirming; the Sheet stays protected while a larger conversion is processed.
Enrichment columns
An enrichment column has an explicit prompt and can use selected columns as context. For example, a column named Company summary can use a company-name and website column as inputs. Results are written back to the target cells only after the enrichment run completes.
