Email privacy@leadbase.io for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection. Your name, affected email address or profile, and requested action help locate the data. Do not send credentials or an identity-document copy initially.

We carry out proportionate identity and authority checks where necessary, clarify scope and communicate progress. We respond without undue delay within the statutory period, normally one month. Any permitted extension is communicated within that period. Statutory exceptions or retention requirements are explained; justified requests are generally free of charge.
