Credits

Credits belong to the workspace, not to an individual member. They are used for eligible metered work such as enrichment and AI activity.

Before work begins

Leadbase checks whether the workspace can run a paid action before it begins. When an action cannot be admitted, it does not start. The exact allowance, plan availability, and any optional limit are shown in the current workspace billing settings rather than fixed in these docs.

What you can review

Open Settings and select Credits to see the balance and usage information that applies to the active workspace. Members can see the information available to their role; workspace billing administrators can manage the billing and credit controls available to them.

Do not rely on old documentation that lists free-credit grants, plan names, per-search prices, or prepaid top-ups: those details are not stable product documentation.
